And the secret to her radiance? Speaking to Women’s Health, Elyse revealed that coffee is a staple in her daily routine, with the mother-of-one saying the one thing she never fails to do each day is feed her body caffeine.
‘I have coffee at 5am when I wake,’ she said before revealing her breakfast is usually at 6am and is made up of green juice and a banana.Â
She then enjoys a chicken salad or egg whites and spinach between 12pm and 1pm before having dinner which is usually ‘fish and greens.’Â Â
