According to the court documents, Kanye was allegedly heard bragging about how well he was doing obstruction the deposition while his lawyers did not do anything about his behavior.

One of MyChannel’s lawyers, Ben J. Meiselas, released a statement about the deposition to AllHipHop.com saying: ‘West’s bad faith efforts to sabotage the deposition will be viewed by the Court as one of the most outrageous and inappropriate deposition performances it has observed as well.’
