The 63rd Annual Grammy Awards took place on Sunday night, hosted by Trevor Noah and featuring a major lineup of performances from Bad Bunny, BTS, Billie Eilish, Dua Lipa and more, with some playing live and others in pre-recorded segments. Postponed from its original January date due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021 Grammys took place amid a strange, socially-distanced awards season, with previous ceremonies like the recent Golden Globes hitting their lowest ratings in more than a decade.

The Grammys also took place against a backdrop of controversy within the Recording Academy, and allegations that the awards are exclusionary and out of touch. The week before the ceremony, The Weeknd, whose lack of nominations was conspicuous during a hugely successful year for the After Hours artist, said he would not submit his music for future Grammys ceremonies.

Despite all of this, the show went on, anointing this year’s crop of honorees. Below, see the winners of the 2021 Grammy Awards.
