It might be getting chilly out there, but that hasn’t stopped shoppers from racing to buy a knit dress with cut outs that flash their flesh.

Australian fashion brand Glassons recently brought back the popular “Cut Out Knit Midi Dress” and it has virtually sold out across the country already.

The $59.99 mid-length dress comes in three colours – black, blue and cream – with a Glassons spokesperson telling news.com.au its success was all down to the “cut out detailing”.

While there’s still some remaining stock varying from store to store, shoppers who have snagged the sought-after item have been sharing pictures wearing the figure-hugging design online.

Former Bachelor contestant Bella Varelis wore the black design recently, declaring the risque number her “new fave LBD” (little black dress).

While popular Sydney influencer Kaesha Ann wore the cream colour at home, revealing she’d snapped it up during Vogue’s Online Shopping Night last week, scoring 20 per cent off.

Reaction to the slinky outfit was overwhelmingly positive, with followers of both women declaring it “stunning”.

“Oo la la,” one of Bella’s fan wrote.

“I love your dress,” another said.

“I’m going to Glassons right now,” someone else wrote.

While Kaesha’s followers had a similar reaction.

Other women shared photos of themselves wearing the dress out, one wearing strappy black heels with hers while posing on an outdoor staircase.

Another wore the blue version on a sunny day.

It’s not the first time the brand has had its products go viral, with shoppers previously going wild over its $30 bikini deal.
