Most of the time Google is an amazing tool which will help you find exactly what you need.
But sometimes you get more than you bargained for.
Most of us have spiralled down the dark hole of internet searching and suddenly stumbling on something you didn’t expect.
Our curiosity can quite simply just get the better of us.
Here we’ve put together a list of eight things you should never Google. Believe us, these search terms will leave you wishing you weren’t so curious.
This is your second warning, some of these will yield unpleasant results.

1. Mouth larva

Before your imagination takes over, it’s exactly what you’d expect, so don’t feel like you need to Google it.
2. Calculus Bridge
Calculus Bridge might sound like a really hard maths problem you could try to solve – but believe us – it’s not.
It’s a severe build-up of calculus, or hardened plaque across the teeth, which generally has to be filed away by a dentist.
Take our word for it and don’t Goole Image search it – it’s not pretty.
3. Your symptoms

If we’re not feeling well, or start having health problems, the first thing many of us will do is go to Dr Google.
There are many health websites out there, but trying to find out the meaning of your symptoms will most likely not help you.
Most of the time the complete opposite may happen – you’ll start to feel worse or panic.
If you have any kind of health issues, it’s important to speak to your GP.
4. Belly button bugs
Belly buttons can harbour what scientists have described as a “rainforest” of bacteria.
You can only imagine what sorts of Google images you’ll find if you search this term – so take our advice and don’t.
If you need a bit more information, here it is – you’ll find a number of pictures of insect bites and infected navels.
5. Things people have found in fast food
If you don’t want to ruin your relationship with your favourite fast food restaurant, we don’t recommend searching for things people have found in their food.
People claim to have found everything from hardware parts to whole chicken heads.
If you read enough of these stories you’ll definitely not have an appetite afterwards.
6. Blue Waffle

This is a classic internet gaffe, getting your friend to search for Blue Waffle.
It’s not as delicious as it sounds – but instead you’ll find graphic (photoshopped) images of “infected†female genitalia.
The Blue Waffle is in fact an internet hoax, not a sexually transmitted disease.
7. Jiggers
If you’re a bartender you might find yourself wanting to Google the word jigger – which is a shot-pouring tool.
But unfortunately, a jigger is also a flea which burrows into the skin and lays eggs.
Make sure your search term includes something to do with bartending!
8. Brazilian girls
If you’re searching for this term, hoping to see lots of beautiful ladies from Brazil, you’ll need to add a bit more to the search term.
Unless you’re looking for a load of waxing tutorials and a -plethora of bums.
