The whimsical accent

The collector’s edition

The only weavers officially allowed to recreate the work of Pablo Picasso are the ones at the Jules Pansu company, which means this is the next best thing to decorating your home with an original from the famed Spanish painter. The old favourite

Keychains are a go-to purchase at any gift shop. For their version, the Whitney has been sending their trash — think recycled brochures and misprinted tees — to New York designers Chen Chen and Kai Williams, who poured the contents into urethane resin to create playful, one-of-a-kind pieces.

The cheery floral

Just as Vincent van Gogh found joy in nature, you’ll find it in this unique, foldable paper vase in a print of his “Almond Blossom work.” Slip it over a wine bottle or glass before adding flowers. Proceeds also go to the Netherlands-based Tiny Miracles Foundation to support poverty reduction efforts.
