A US news reader was arrested after being found passed out behind the wheel of her car, naked and smelling of alcohol, police say.
Fox 5 weekday morning host Feven Kay told police she had no idea how she got there after officers found her asleep in her Audi on March 20, The Sun reports.
The disgraced reporter, also known as Feven Kiflegiorgis, was taken off air after being caught out by police at about 7.30am in Las Vegas, Nevada.
She told officers she couldn’t remember how she ended up in the location as she stumbled out of the car, reports Review-Journal.

Police reported a distinct smell of alcohol coming from her but she declined to submit her blood, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
Kay returned to the channel last week to address the situation and thank viewers for their “supportâ€.
“Many of you have noticed I’ve been off air for a few weeks,†she said in a statement aired on Fox 5.
“To all of you who have reached out, a sincere thank you for your concern.â€

Kay, who grew up in California, told viewers she was “dealing with a private matter†but wanted to take the opportunity “to be transparentâ€.
“Last month I was arrested, by Metro, for driving under the influence,†she continued.
“At the time of the arrest, I was inside of a parked vehicle in a Las Vegas neighbourhood alone.â€
Feven was charged with a reckless driving with a disregard for the safety of a person or property by police.
“That charge has since been reduced to misdemeanour reckless driving,†Kay said.
She was ordered to pay a $US1000 ($A1200) fine on April 21 as a result, and told to attend driving classes.
“As I move forward, I want you to know I have learned from this and I will continue learning, and I truly thank you for your support,†she added.
The news anchor has been employed by Fox News since November 2018, according to her LinkedIn page.
Feven, who was born in East Africa, studied journalism at California State University, before bagging a job at KTLA in LA.
Her bio on the Fox 5 website reads: “Outside of work Feven enjoys travelling, attending concerts, spending time with family and friends, and doing anything that involves laughing until her stomach hurts.â€
