A mum was left heartbroken after sick vandals ruined her babies’ graves.
Gemma Wroe, 39, found gifts and flowers left on their memorials had been stolen or smashed up.
She discovered the wreckage on Monday night (April 5) when she went to visit the graves of her two sons that tragically died prematurely, CambridgeshireLive reports.
And she claims it’s not the first time it’s happened at Cambridge City Cemetery.
She said: “I’m so upset. These little angels on their graves had been all smashed up, and a couple of things had been stolen.
“It’s just really upsetting. I don’t know what to do about it.
“It’s not the first time it’s happened to my babies’ graves. It happened a couple of years ago and no one was ever caught.
“You don’t expect to go to your sons’ graves to see that.â€
The babies buried there are Cameron, who died in 2013 as a stillborn, and Joshua, who died in 2005 at six weeks old.
Gemma, of Arbury, Cambridge, said it was horrible timing as it was coming up to the anniversary of Cameron’s death on April 10.

She regularly leaves small gifts on their graves, such as teddy bear ornaments and toy cars.
Gemma said: “When I went last time, I noticed someone had been stealing off their graves.
“You’ve got to be sick to do something like that. They’re innocent babies.â€
She said it is “hard to get there regularlyâ€, adding: “But I don’t expect to see things smashed and stolen from their graves.â€
Gemma, who also has a 19-year-old son, claimed the security at the cemetery was terrible.
Cambridge City Council, which runs the cemetery, said it reports vandalism or antisocial behaviour to the police.
A spokesman: “We are always very sorry to hear of any form of vandalism in our cemeteries and thankfully it is a very rare occurrence.
“We do advise families to avoid leaving items of sentimental value on graves because we can’t keep records of personal items and we don’t want people to risk losing them.
“Sadly, this appears to have happened in this instance.â€
The council said the gates are not locked at night as “we believe they should be available for relatives to visit graves whenever they wishâ€.
The incident has been reported to Cambridgeshire Constabulary, which urged anyone with information to come forward.
A police spokesman said: “We are aware of reports of criminal damage at Cambridge City Cemetery on Monday (April 5).â€
