Ex-Pornhub star Mia Khalifa supports Cuban protests in fiery Instagram post

Former Pornhub star Mia Khalifa has backed protests against Cuba’s “disgusting” leaders.

The ex-adult film actress vowed to “never step foot in Cuba until it’s free” and urged tourists to “boycott” the island amid marches against its government’s regime.

The Lebanese-American babe backed thousands of Cubans who have been rallying against the government in the country’s biggest protests for decades.

Many marched in cities including the capital Havana, shouting “down with the dictatorship”.

Cubans have been infuriated by the collapse of the economy, restrictions on civil liberties and the authorities’ handling of the Covid pandemic.

In am impassioned Instagram post, the 28-year-old said: “I’ll never step foot in Cuba until it’s free. The government’s value on tourism over their own people is disgusting and should be boycotted.

“What will they do will [sic] all the lobster is there’s no tourists to eat it? They’ll have to feed it to the people, I guess.”

It comes just weeks after Khalifa called Cuban president Miguel Díaz-Canel “garbage” over his government’s management of the virus.

“Friend, you are garbage,” she wrote on Twitter, while offering to help the country during the coronavirus crisis.

“Where can we find organized donations to help Cuba? I’m looking through the hashtag #SOScuba but I haven’t had any luck,” she added.

Protesters are demanding a quick Covid vaccine rollout after after Cuba reported a record of nearly 7,000 daily infections and 47 deaths on Sunday.

Last year, Cuba’s largely state-controlled economy shrank by 11% – its worst decline in almost three decades.

Thousands of pro-government supporters also took to the streets after the president went on TV to urge them to defend the revolution – referring to the 1959 uprising which ushered in decades of Communist rule.

“The order to fight has been given – into the street, revolutionaries,” he said during the national address.
