A young British mum was tied up and murdered by three robbers who broke into her home in Greece.
The 20-year-old was attacked in the Glyka Nera suburb of Athens on Tuesday, May 11.
It is believed the robbers broke into the two-storey house after sneaking through a back window.
They tied the husband to a chair and found his wife hiding in the attic, ekathimerini.com reports.
The criminals made off with money and jewellery – thought to be worth 15,000 euros – after killing their victim in front of her 11-month-old child.
Local police said the woman was born in Greece but had a British passport.
Her husband, a 33-year-old pilot, survived.
The trio also killed the family’s dog and left it hanging on the fence.
