Kate Middleton’s body language has begun to mirror Prince William’s mother is firmly following in her late mother-in-law’s footsteps, her biographer Andrew Morton has claimed.
The Duchess of Cambridge’s strong similarities to Princess Diana have been evident in recent months, with Kate paying her respects to Sarah Everard on Clapham Common in a surprise move.
Mr Morton said the visit was “exactly how Diana did it” and her gesture of not saying a word and laying flowers was “worth a thousand words.”
The bigographer told OK! that William’s wife is doing what Diana did, “which is let her body language tell a thousand words”.
He observed that Kate has also adopted the “Diana Walk” during the event, “quickly and with determination”.
Speaking to Ok!, Mr Morton said: “She didn’t have to say a word, just turned up and laid her flowers and everyone can draw their own conclusions.
“That’s exactly how Diana did it – one gesture is worth a thousand words.
“It shows that Kate is someone who doesn’t have to speak out.”

The People’s Princess would have turned 60 in 2021 and Prince William, Kate Middleton and despite their differences, Prince Harry are doing everything they can to keep her legacy alive.
This year, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge revealed that their three children, Prince George, 7, Princess Charlotte, 5, and Prince Louis, 2, made loving Mother’s Day cards to remember their grandmother.
In one of the cards, little Charlotte revealed that her daddy, Prince William, misses his mum.
Mr Morton said: “Diana is certainly in their minds, as you can see from the Mother’s Day cards they shared to her.
“There’s no doubt that the shadow of Diana looms large over the whole institution because William and Harry’s are torchbearers for Diana’s legacy.”
