One person has died while three others continue to fight for their lives after a shooting on Tuesday at a medical clinic.
Suspect Gregory Paul Ulrich stormed Allina Health Urgent Care in Buffalo, Minnesota, in the morning and had a ‘history’ with someone inside, police have said.
He also has a history with the police and was “unhappy” with his health care, Buffalo Police Chief Pat Budke told media.
“The history that we have as a department with this individual makes it most likely that this incident was targeted with this facility or someone in that facility,” he said today.

Officials said they believed it was an isolated incident and the gunman who is now in custody, named as Ulrich, 67, acted alone.
They added his history “spanned several years” and there was no reason to believe he has any ties to domestic terrorism.
At around 11am local time, at 755 Crossroads Campus Drive in Buffalo, cops were called about an active shooter incident.
Police and SWAT teams rushed to the incident and later found “some improvised explosive devices”, Minnesota Gob. Tim Walz said.

“At this time, it appears like it was a single individual,” Walz said. “And, again, too early to tell motives or reasons why.”
Minneapolis police bomb squad was investigating a suspicious package, Wright Country Sheriff Sean Deringer said, reports NBC news.
It’s also reported that additional suspicious devices were found in a local motel which was later evacuated.
“We did send a team from my office over there to evacuate the Super 8 motel,” Deringer said. “We did find additional suspicious devices at the Super 8 motel. It’s been evacuated. We cleared the area.”
Five people were rushed to hospital, said Kelly Spratt, president of Buffalo Hospital Allina Health.
Three of the four patients were stable but in a critical condition, the hospital said.
The fourth patient was discharged.
One of the people injured died, Hennepin Healthcare in Minneapolis confirmed.
